Honestly, it is unlikely to help anything for such a new vehicle but you never know. I personally think is a waste of $.

It's never a bad idea to run it through. I like to run a bottle through every few tanks. It's cheap and will keep your fuel system clean. So yeah go ahead and run it through.
What does changing your oil have to do with when you use fuel injection cleaner? You can use fuel injection cleaner any time you want or need to. Once in a while will not hurt as you can use it a couple times a year and that should be plenty often enough.........md
No, I read that stuff is a waste of money and doesn't really work. Just run a tank of a higher octane gas. That works pretty good.
