Fuel Injector Question?

I am curious if an injector could be slightly clogged... You see Im having this problem where my engine is running without a miss but has this steady shake to it that I cant figure out, They arent leaking but I am thinking there is a problem with them.. I have run down the list of things that could be related to a bad idle (fuel pressure regulator, new plugs, wires, Ignition module, MAF, O2, fuel filter, fuel pump, coil packs, computer, replaced ALL vacuum lines, changed intake manifold gaskets) I am stumped and getting a smidge depressed over this so if anyone has any ideas... Id appreciate it. *92 buick regal 3800s1 n/a*Fuel Injector Question?Dose it do it in park? If not it's your tires. When was the last time you checked the oil?

OIL,OIL,OIL!

And you shouldn't put any thing in you gas tank. Unless you like to buy stuff off of infomercials.
Fuel Injector Question?
it is possible. carbon could have built up arount the nozzle inside your intake /head also...put some injector clean in it and take it out and get it warm and then get on it... run the rpms up a few times this will help clear the carbon out.
Fuel Injector Question?
with out seeing it is hard to tell but the 92 from day one had a slight shake to it. it was normal, when they first come of the truck I had 4 of them line up side by side and the all had the same shake they real didn't fix it until the 95 models as long it doesn't miss under load and it is smooth at a stop and the fuel millage is OK it is probably normal
There is a possibility that the egr valve is leaking when its closed. If you remove it you can clean the end of it off and try to suck air through the closed pintle. If you can, its faulty. Also apply vacuum to it at the vacuum port and be sure that it holds vacuum,if it does'nt, its faulty.Any leaks at the egr valve will cause a slight lean condition at idle.
We used to pinch off return hose for fuel and increase fuel pressure for just a moment if it smoothed out we would suspect injector. Make sure you don't have a grounding engine support. With gm product I would put a 2x4 on floor jack and put it under pan and put slight upward pressure on engine if it smoothed out then likely engine mount. GM has a high quality injector flush they use on one of there campaigns for problem injectors talk to a GM dealer
