Saturn SC2 96 Won't Start, Fuel pump/Battery/Injectors fine.?

Went to go out on Sunday night and turned the key...It will not start. It has power, the fuel pump primes, all relays/fuses are fine. I changed my fuel filter, checked my fuel injectors, checked my spark plugs. Is there something I'm missing? When you turn the key everything sounds normal it just will not completely turn on. Thanks for your help in advance.Saturn SC2 96 Won't Start, Fuel pump/Battery/Injectors fine.?Check the ignition coil.

Is the engine even cranking? It might be something as simple as a starter relay or a fuse. You also need to make sure you have 12.6 volts across the battery with the key off as this is a fully charged %26quot;12 volt%26quot; battery.

How about an obscure suggestion? Does the tachometer go up if and when it cranks? Without a tach signal your injectors won't fire. This is usually a crank position sensor issue. If the obvious isn't working for you then you need to find a shop with the correct tools to diagnose the problem. With OBDII the days of the backyard mechanic kind of fell by the wayside.

What was the fuel pressure when you tested it on the fuel rail? I would need to know that key on engine off and key on engine cranking, then I would be glad to help. Just %26quot;listening%26quot; for the fuel pump makes no sense at all since fuel pressure is based on psi.
Your battery must have a minimum 13 volts or it is not charged. Next, buy a battery brush at store. Remove battery terminals and clean terminals and posts till they shine. That should do it.
