Saturn SC2 96 Won't Start, Fuel pump/Battery/Injectors fine.?

Went to go out on Sunday night and turned the key...It will not start. It has power, the fuel pump primes, all relays/fuses are fine. I changed my fuel filter, checked my fuel injectors, checked my spark plugs. Is there something I'm missing? When you turn the key everything sounds normal it just will not completely turn on.
