My 2003 GMC Sonoma, has a problem. when I am accelerating right before I shift it pulls ?

it feels like a missfire in the injectors ( I think) I have already changed the fuel filter performed a oil change. and I added a fuel injector cleaner to clean them. did you put the fuel filter on right? the arrow goes pointing towards the engine.
