After changing piston rings, my car doesnt start anymore...suspect fuel problem?

when i sprayed start ya bastard into airbox, the car started..but i do hv good amount of fuel coming into the fuel rail, ive check tat the injectors are spitting out quite decently...but when i removed the hose tat takes the fuel back to the fuel tank, i realise there is no fuel coming out..and when i remove the fuel pressure regulator there was alot of pressure inside. ive changed my fuel pressure regulator but its still the same thing...After changing piston rings, my car doesnt start anymore...suspect fuel problem?You just replaced rings without doing anything else? lol
